Join the Utah Democratic Party for the 2026 Nominating Convention!
On April 24 & 25, 2026, delegates from across Utah will gather at Jordan High School in Sandy, hosted by the Salt Lake County Democratic Party, for the Utah Democratic Party Nominating Convention. At this convention, delegates will nominate Democratic candidates for federal and multi-county offices, including congressional races. This is a critical step in the election process and ensures our candidates are chosen by grassroots Democrats from every corner of the state.
This year, we gather under a simple but powerful theme: together we run, together we win. It reflects who we are as a party and how we win as a movement. When Democrats across Utah show up, speak up, and stand together, we don't just run better candidates. We build the kind of coalition that wins elections up and down the ballot.
